We look to\u00a0create value for our investors\u00a0through, recapitalization,\u00a0refurbishment, repositioning, or by cutting expenses and\u00a0improving revenues through aggressive leasing strategies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Finding solid investment opportunities takes both in-depth\u00a0knowledge of the real estate markets,\u00a0a breadth of experience in a variety of disciplines and a commitment to spend the time and resources needed to\u00a0discover\u00a0investment opportunities\u00a0that meet our rigorous criteria. Our relationships and contacts within the commercial real estate brokerage, investment, and finance communities\u00a0are extensive.
